Love Mantra

The Love Mantra is the first mantra received in the ELM Meditation program.

The practice begins with the mantra and a brief viewing of its corresponding yantra. From there, awareness naturally turns from the outer world toward the inner self, gently settling into a quieter and deeper state of meditation.

There is no need to concentrate, control your thoughts, or try to make the mind quiet.

The mantra and yantra simply serve as an entry point, allowing the mind and body to settle naturally into deep relaxation.

Returning to the Source Within

In everyday life, we often think about how to understand others better, care for them more deeply, or respond with greater compassion.

The Love Mantra begins somewhere closer: within ourselves.

It gently turns awareness toward the deepest part of yourself,

toward the love that lies at the source of your being.

Rather than trying to acquire something new from outside yourself,

the practice allows you to move beyond the usual activity of thought

and the tensions of daily life,

and reconnect with the love and stillness that are already within you.

It is a gentle and deeply relaxing meditation that invites you to return to

your own inner source.
